When should I order my stationery?

This really depends on your circumstances, are you marrying abroad or during the busy holiday period? Its always best to inform your guests as soon as possible of your wedding date to avoid any disappointment for both parties. Save the Dates are designed specifically for this reason, I have written a blog post on stationery timelines to explain this in more detail – you can VIEW the post here.

I love your designs but is it possible to change the colours?

Yes absolutely, you can change the colours of any of the designs for no extra charge. We love to see what our couples come up with in terms of colour combinations – make your stationery unique to your aesthetic.

Can I order samples?

Yes, I recommend ordering samples to handle the stationery and see the quality in person, samples include an Invitation with Envelope, RSVP with return address printed Envelope and a swatch sample of card colours. Please note samples are non-personalised.

How many invitations should I order?

Remember that you don’t need to send an invitation to each person, generally it’s one invitation per household.  I recommend you half your guest list and add an additional 20% for any last minute guests. Reprinting is costly so it’s best to have a few spares just incase.

WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES

I aim to dispatch all wedding orders 12-14 days after receiving your final proof approval. This is dependant on our current workload, if you have a deadline please inform us when you enquire. We will update you of your order progress every step of the way.

I need my invitations quickly, is that possible?

Yes, of course. This will depend on our availability at the time of booking, however if we’re able to, we will. Rush fee’s will apply based on your timeframe. Please note: Although named rush orders they’re not actually rushed, rather brought forward in the queue.

Do you have a price list?

Our prices are available to view online, you can experience our interactive checkout process once you have selected a design, simply choose a package (the items you’d like to order, i.e invitation only, invitation and rsvp or invitation, rsvp and details card). From there you have the option to add options extras via ‘step 2’, such as wax seals, vellum wraps etc. Your total will update as you add your options.
